How to become More Self-Aware:
1. Pay attention to thoughts/feelings.
2. Label them ('Happy','Sad','Whoa, nice one, Brain') but don't judge them.
3. Ask yourself where they all came from
4. Distrust your first answer. Ask again, dig deeper. Probably cry a lot.
5. Do this forever.
